At VIEW Swim Philippines, all products are sourced directly from our partner brands and are backed by their official manufacturer warranty—so you can buy with confidence.
What You’ll Need
To get started, simply provide:
- Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice)
- Order and product details
- Photo or video of the issue
What’s Covered
VIEW products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use:
1 Year Warranty
- Swimming Goggles
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, cosmetic finish, discoloration)
- Damage caused by:
- Misuse or improper handling
- Accidents or impact
- Improper storage or exposure to heat
- Chemical damage (e.g., harsh cleaning agents or misuse of chlorine environments)
- Anti-fog issues caused by improper care (e.g., wiping inner lens)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Consumable items (accessories)
Shipping Damage
If your item is damaged in transit, we’ll guide you in coordinating with the courier. We recommend checking and documenting your parcel upon delivery.
How It Works
- Send your claim to crm.team@zephyregroup.com.ph
- If needed, we’ll guide you on returning the item for inspection
- We coordinate directly with the brand for evaluation
- Once approved, we’ll assist with the resolution
Processing Time
- Local inspection: 7–14 business days
- Brand evaluation (if required): 3–4 weeks
